Retrieves post sync runs for a profile, newest first. Runs are kept for 30 days.

Profile group context for the request. Optional when the API key is scoped to a profile group (that group is used automatically); with a full-access key, defaults to the first profile group in the account.

Filter by trigger.

status'pending' | 'running' | 'completed' | 'failed'

Filter by status.

pageinteger

Page number (1-based). Passing 0 returns page 1.

per_pageinteger

Number of items per page.
