ports

Replace with a fresh port on the same carrier

The old port is retired and the subscription moves to the new one. A dedicated port from the partner network keeps its id: the device is swapped and host, ports and credentials change. Requires an Idempotency-Key header (CONTRACT §1): the same key with the same body within 24 h replays the stored response; a different body returns 409 idempotency_conflict.
