Update a Kubernetes deployment

Update a deployment in the given namespace. The payload is merged onto the live deployment: fields it does not model, such as the update strategy or the pod affinity rules, are preserved, and a field left out leaves the live value untouched. The selector is immutable and is ignored. Access policy: Authenticated user.
