Get Ingest Console Logs

Fetch up to the most recent 50 retained console log entries for ingestion scoped by Connection and optional Bulk Sync.

Entries are returned in chronological order. Use after with the returned next_cursor to fetch newer entries. Only the most recent 50 entries are retained per scope; older entries are discarded. The log expires after 48 hours without new entries.
