Get event reference by slug

Get event identity, archive status, and tag identifiers without market data. This route always uses public visibility, regardless of bearer credentials. Archived and inactive events remain available. The optional parent contains routing metadata only when it also has a visible market. All identifiers, including parentEventId, are strings.
