Ignore cards whose index at the end of the window is below this many euros. Percentages on a ten-cent card are noise.
The printing language of the index series to rank. Defaults to en, the series behind index_eur: the index is one series per language, and a ranking across languages would compare a French point with a Spanish one.
Rows to return, 1 to 50. Above 50 is LIMIT_EXCEEDED with the ceiling in details.max.
Headers
Send back the ETag you stored. The API returns a strong ETag on every catalogue response, and a 304 is a header exchange: no body, no database row read.
