List Trips

List all trips for a user.

user_id query param is optional — when omitted we fall back to the authenticated caller (JWT sub). Mobile clients carry a Bearer token already and shouldn't have to echo their own UUID in the query string. Server-to-server callers that need to scope to a different user still pass ?user_id=<uuid> explicitly.
