List scans (v2)

List your organization's own Inspector scans (never a competitor's, which its scan's report lists), newest first unless sortBy names another column, filtered by hostname, lifecycle, a search over hostname and URL, or up to twenty scan ids (to poll the status of scans you started). Pages are keyset-based: nextCursor names the last scan a page listed, and the next page starts right after where that scan sorts now, so scans started, archived, or restored while you page shift nothing across a page. Set includeTotal to also count every match (totalCount, else null) and includePercentile to rank each scored scan in its industry (percentile, else null); both cost extra reads, so they are off by default.
