Get the rows that were not sent

A one-hour link to a CSV of the rows a finished campaign did not send: the list's own columns, then unsent_status, unsent_error_code, unsent_error and original_row. Kept 30 days. Fix the file and use it as a new campaign's input, or create a campaign with input.retry_of to send the rows again as they are.
