upsert_contact_to_group
Automation-friendly action for website forms and tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make. Finds or creates a contact by email, optionally updates existing contacts when update_existing is true, finds a group by group_id or finds/creates a show-scoped group by grouping key, and ensures the contact is a member. Pass note to append a freeform message (e.g. from the form) to the contact, deduped against an identical existing note.

Headers
Stripe-style idempotency key. When present, repeat invocations within 24h with the same body return the original response; same key + different body returns 409 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED.
When set to "true", routes the call to the capability's dryRun() method — same scope/precondition checks fire as the real handler, but persistence is skipped. The audit row is tagged result_status=dry_run.
