move_contacts_between_groups
Atomically move a set of contacts from one group to another. For "move from X to Y" workflows: PREFER this over add_contact_to_group + remove_contact_from_group pairs — one capability call expresses the user intent, the saved workflow gets a single composite step instead of 2N primitives, and the agent can't accidentally do half the operation. Idempotent: already_in_target and not_in_source counters are returned for resumed runs. For "copy without removing", use add_contact_to_group on its own; for "remove without moving", use remove_contact_from_group.

Headers
Stripe-style idempotency key. When present, repeat invocations within 24h with the same body return the original response; same key + different body returns 409 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED.
When set to "true", routes the call to the capability's dryRun() method — same scope/precondition checks fire as the real handler, but persistence is skipped. The audit row is tagged result_status=dry_run.
