Resolve any supported link

Turn an RSS feed, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or TikTok link into metadata and, where one exists, a direct audio URL. A YouTube video has no audio URL, its transcript comes from the caption track, so audio_url is null and mode is "captions"; pass the original link to POST /api/v1/transcriptions in that case. Despite the path, this is not podcast-only.
