Decode the event logs of an Ethereum transaction: ERC-20 Transfer events come back typed (from, to, raw value, contract); every other log is returned raw with its topics and data. Values are in base units. POST /v1/log with {tx_hash}. Pay per request in USDC; no account, no API key.
