A fill of an entity you follow (sent to your endpoint)
We POST each fill of a subscription with the webhook channel to your registered endpoint. Verify x-pmw-signature = hex HMAC-SHA256(endpoint secret, raw body) before parsing. Answer 2xx only after storing it; anything else (or no answer within 5 s) is retried, 3 attempts in total. At-least-once: deduplicate on data.eventId.
