Pending Commands

Get all pending commands for a resource.

Retrieve all pending commands for a single resource. Alternative is to call 'Get all pending commands' with resourceIdFilter and commandFilter query parameters.

get/api/v1/devices/{deviceId}/resources/{resourceHref}/pending-commands

Filter by the command type.
