Returns per-driver finishing position for one race weekend, across all sessions (FP1/FP2/FP3/Qual/Race) or filtered to one via ?session=. Defaults to the most recent race weekend if ?event= is omitted. Sourced from ESPN's public racing API — no lap times, gaps, or team/constructor data are available (confirmed unavailable at the source), only finishing order per session.
