Publication counts of the range
How many publications there are by state, by network and by day.
by_day and published_by_day answer different questions over different sets. by_day counts by creation date — work done — and published_by_day counts by publish date and only what actually went out. A publication written last month and published yesterday appears in the second and not in the first, which is the normal case for anybody scheduling two weeks ahead.

Start of the range, ISO 8601. Defaults to 30 days before to_date. A range longer than 366 days answers error 1003.

End of the range, ISO 8601. Defaults to now.
