Get User Memories

Retrieve or search the ACTIVE PROFILE's mem0 memories.

  • With query: semantic search
  • Without query: returns all memories Memories are namespaced per profile; the active profile comes from the X-Profile-Id header (falls back to the account's default profile). Requires auth — callers may only read their own account's memories.
