Story Playback

How to play this story: Mux HLS (+ poster, scrub previews, captions, scenes) when available, else the MP4. Same access rule as GET /stories/{id}.

A page view only reads. The Mux copy is made when a player asks with create=true, which clients do once someone actually presses play, so crawlers and scrolling past a story cost nothing.
