Speak Realtime Turn

One screened reply of a live call, spoken in the starring character's own voice. Streams raw 16-bit mono PCM at AUDIO_RATE (the same audio the realtime voice produced), so the app plays it through the same path.

Only for the caller's own character, only while the switch is on, capped in length, and the text is screened again here — this can never be used to make a family's recorded voice say arbitrary words.
