Set Profile Best Friend

Crown one of this profile's characters as its best friend.

The first crowning a profile ever makes is FREE; every change after that costs BEST_FRIEND_CHANGE_COST stars.

Free-vs-paid is decided by best_friend_claimed_at, NOT by whether best_friend is currently set. That column is ON DELETE SET NULL, so it empties itself whenever the crowned character is deleted — pricing off it would hand out a fresh free pick every time a child deleted their best friend. The claim stamp is written once and never cleared.

Deliberately NOT on the PUT allow-list: this endpoint spends money, so it must not be reachable from the general profile-update path.
