Get Pixley Mixes

Get stories organized into named categories and include the current user's episodes. Public endpoint for mixes; "my_episodes" is populated when authenticated.

Community shelves (top_views / adventure / mystery) are assembled after Hero reservation so a story already used in Hero (or an earlier mix) is not repeated. Pixley Originals / Storybooks / Continue Watching are unchanged.
