Save Learn Progress

Merge the client's full record into the active profile's and return the union.

Body: {"courses": {course: [ids]}} (a bare record with courses at the top level is also accepted, so a client can echo back what GET returned). The response is the merged record — the client replaces its local copy with it, which is how progress made on another device arrives.
