Preview Gift

Public gift lookup for the redeem welcome page (pre-auth).

The token IS the credential — anyone holding the redeem link may see what the gift is. Returns only what the welcome page needs; the recipient email is masked so a leaked link doesn't leak an address.

Has its own (much larger) per-IP budget, separate from the purchase limit: a family reloading the welcome page must never be locked out of buying.
