Set Game Difficulty

Manually set one game's adaptive difficulty for the active profile WITHOUT recording a game session (unlike POST /progress). Lets a child/parent pick a difficulty directly; the adaptive system then continues from that level. Only this game's entry is written; other games' entries are preserved.
