Add Stars

Grant stars to a user's account. ADMIN-ONLY.

This is an unmetered star grant (ledgered as "admin_add"), so it is gated behind an admin key — a regular authenticated user must NOT be able to grant themselves stars. Callers must send the X-Admin-Key header (same mechanism as the analytics admin routes). Pass target_user_id to credit a specific user; defaults to the caller.

Args: amount: The number of stars to add (must be positive) target_user_id: User to credit (admin only); defaults to the caller current_user: Authenticated user from JWT token x_admin_key: Admin key header (required)

Returns: JSON response with updated stars balance after addition
