Search and retrieve organization deployments for support investigation.
List requires ?organization=<id> and supports ?q=<name> (icontains on deployment name) and ?active=true|false.
Retrieve returns the current options_config, the resolved package version, effective deployment-level bindings, target platforms, and the user groups the deployment targets. Use /audit/ for prior values.
