DELETE /api/organizations/{organization_pk}/members/{id}/cache/

Clear the cached user permissions for a member of the organization.

Used by team admins to force a member's device to refetch up-to-date settings/content on the next request, instead of waiting for the signal-driven invalidations to fire.
