Register revolving statement summary generation process

Registers a record with PENDING status to start the revolving statement summary generation process. When the process completes, it generates a Revolving statement summary event containing the summary.

status'PENDING' | 'PROCESSED'

Statement status. This is used to check if this endpoint has already registered a PENDING record. If not, the endpoint creates a new pending record. If it has, then it does nothing, since there is alread a record in progress.

created_atstring

Date and time the summary was created. Format = YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.
