Create account application (deprecated)

This endpoint is DEPRECATED. Use the new Create account application instead.

Create a new account application.

If the submit property is set to false:

If the submit flag is set to true:

  • No further updates can be made and the account application is sent out for processing, which creates an account and its associated structures.
  • This endpoint generates an Account application created event.
