Query parameters

check_for_duplicatesboolean

If true, the system will return an error if you attempt to create a duplicate company. A duplicate is any company that that has the same name as any other company in your account. Example: https://api.pipelinecrm.com/api/companies.json?api_key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&app_key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&check_for_duplicates=true

deliver_assignment_emailboolean

If true, and you are assigning the company to a different user, the system will send an assignment email to the new user. Setting it to false will disable sending an assignment email.
