Comments

Create comment

Same as POST /notes/{note_id}/comments, with the note given as note_id in the body. Users named in notify_user_ids are added to the note's notification recipients.

Timestamp when the record was last touched (time zone in user's time zone).

The owner of the comment

The content of the comment

edited_by_person_idinteger

The user id of the last person to edit the note; must be manually set when updating a comment.
