Get Board Access

Check whether an account can publish to a board right now.

Runs the same preflight POST /v1/pins uses and reports the outcome instead of failing: publishable plus a stable code (board_not_found, board_not_owned, board_deleted, scope_missing, token_expired, board_access_denied, sandbox_board_not_allowed, ...) and a remediation hint. status: skipped means Pinterest was unavailable and only local checks ran.
