Bulk Retry Pins

Retry multiple failed pins in one call.

Per-item outcomes:

  • succeeded — pin was reset to QUEUED and publish task enqueued.
  • skipped (error_code=ineligible_status) — pin status is not FAILED.
  • failed (error_code=not_found) — pin not found in workspace or deleted.
