Delete survey

Deletes or archives a survey depending on its state:

  • Draft surveys (unpublished) are soft-deleted and will no longer appear in listings
  • Published surveys (with or without responses) are archived — their data is preserved but they are hidden from default listings

This operation is idempotent: deleting an already-archived survey returns 200 with action: "archived".
