MCP server (Streamable HTTP, stateless JSON-RPC)

The same operations as MCP tools. Needs a key: sign in with OAuth (the 401 carries a WWW-Authenticate challenge pointing at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp), or send Authorization: Bearer pak_…, or ?key=pak_… for clients that only take a URL.
