Sign out every other session.
Changed onRevokes every session key the caller's user holds except the key making the request, so a person can sign out the sessions they do not recognize and stay signed in where they are. Called with a long-lived key, it revokes all of the user's session keys. Long-lived keys are unaffected. Each key is recorded as an api_key_deleted audit event with the reason signed out other sessions. Requires the api-keys:write scope.
