Many documents → many forms: one read of all the documents (IDs, PSA certificates, bills, payslips, permits) into facts tagged with whose they are (self, spouse, mother, father, child) and which document said them; the same fact in another print is merged, a less complete print folds into the fuller one, and a real disagreement (two birthdays, maiden vs married surname, two home addresses) comes back as a question with each document as an option, an explanation and a suggested answer. Every chosen form is filled from the result. Costs one document reading (10 credits). Facts are not stored — send them back to /engine/dossier/resolve with the answers.
