Update KMS/Gateway URLs

Update KMS and/or Gateway URLs for this CVM. Requires VMM >= 0.5.7. The URLs are kept: later compose and configuration updates send them instead of the KMS cluster's. An empty list removes that override; moving the CVM to another node removes both.
