Lightweight PocketBase volume info

Returns the PB volume name, size in MB, and sidecar status — the subset of /topology that the dashboard Data tab needs. Cheaper than the full topology graph (no Caddy + Docker fan-out). sizeMb comes from the 60s-cached du -sb measurement inside the live container; null when PB is absent, stopped, or the probe failed.
