Per-account operational health, for service operation + support. Derived entirely from first-party rows we already hold under contract performance — counts and activity metadata only. Deliberately excludes the content/figures of the user's financial data (no revenue/amounts), in line with the privacy policy: we don't analyse financial content. Not behavioural tracking.
