Get Favorite Ids

External IDs of the user's favorites, used by the frontend for star-state lookups.

Returns one entry per favorite. For still-active favorites, uses the live car_listings.id; for deactivated ones, falls back to the snapshot car_id so the star stays consistent on the favorites page.
