Final assets of completed Base buys bridged or swapped on

For each completed buy whose released USDC its recipient then sent, in exactly that amount and within a day, through Relay or a NEAR Intents swap carrying Peer's app fee, that transfer's status, final asset and transactions. Buys that stayed USDC on Base are omitted. When transfers of the same amount follow several buys to one wallet, each goes to the latest buy before it.
