Create Table

Creates a new Peaka Table with the given name in the specified project. Peaka Table is an internal relational database within Peaka that supports structured data storage with full CRUD operations. It accommodates a wide range of data types including JSON, and is best suited for smaller datasets that require frequent edits and precise changes.
