Set the workspace default markup

Sets the tenant-wide default percentage and flat markup applied to every endpoint that has no provider or endpoint override. This is the base of the three-level precedence endpoint over provider over global that GET /credits/pricing/explain reports as markupSource. Send either field alone to change just that one; null restores the platform default.

Percentage markup in basis points, capped by the workspace markup ceiling. null restores the default.

flatMarkupUsdcstring

Non-negative exact decimal string with at most six fractional digits. Endpoint-specific positivity and amount limits still apply.
