حذف پرداخت-نسخه 3

از این متد برای حذف یک تراکنش استفاده می‌شود.

در صورتی که تراکنش حداقل یک پرداخت موفق در درگاه داشته باشد، امکان حذف آن وجود نخواهد داشت.
