To post a ledger transaction, set the status to posted. To archive a pending transaction, set the status to archived.

Metadata to attach to the ledger transaction. Must be a JSON object containing string keys and values.

effective_atstring date

Timestamp in ISO 8601 format with up to 6 decimal places.
