Refund transaction by Transaction ID

All payment types can be refunded via this endpoint except for Online Banking (FPX). Card transactions that have been made on the same day can only be refunded completely. Refunded amounts will either be automatically deducted from merchant upcoming settlement, or a payment link will be generated to prompt merchant for manual payment before transaction can be refunded
