Get terminal connectivity

Returns whether the terminal currently has a live connection to the Payarc Connect platform (AWS IoT), sourced directly from IoT presence. This is a lightweight, low-latency check intended as a pre-transaction "is the terminal reachable?" gate. online is true/false, or null when no connection event has been observed for the terminal yet.
