The account's whole folder tree (flat, each entry carrying its full path and file count), the files sitting in the requested folder, and bytes used against the plan limit.

Folders are metadata: they never affect retention, pricing or what a file costs to store. Deleted and failed uploads are excluded, so the listing and the quota always agree.
